HOW IT WORKS AND WHAT TO DO NEXT…..(The small print!)

Step 1. BOOK YOUR WEBSITE

You can book your website over the telephone, via email or post. A 30% deposit is required upon placing your  booking. Work cannot commence on your site until your deposit is received.

Step 2 SEND US YOUR  DETAILS

Forward the details of your company and/or your website (this can either be a basic outline  or you can forward full details) You will also need to include any images or graphics you would like to appear on your new site. The more information, the better. Graphics and images can be supplied in digital format (on CD .jpg .gif .psd .png preferred) via email or post

Step 3.  SETTLE THE BALANCE UPON VIEWING YOUR WEBSITE

Your new website will be uploaded to our server for you to view.  You will then need to  settle your balance for set-up and design when you view your new website (please note:  included in the cost for set-up and design entitles you to reasonable changes to your website after your prototype is presented , any further changes to your original specifications may incur a small charge, this does not include grammatical or technical errors as changes to these are free)  You will then receive the Copyright to your new website . Please note;  payment of balance is required within 12 weeks of placing booking if there is any delay on your part.

Step 4. CHOOSE YOUR DOMAIN NAME

Decide what you would like your domain name to be (i.e. www.yourcompany.co.uk) We will then purchase your hosting. Your website will now be ready for the world to see.  It will then be submitted to all the major search engines (i.e. Google, Yahoo, MSN etc). We can help with the setting up of your email accounts should you require assistance.

Step 5  ENJOY.

Tell all your friends, and all of your customers old and new. You could also add your new website to all of your advertising , include it on your business cards and promote it anyway you wish.

Upon settling your balance and the uploading of your new website, you will have twenty-four hour access to your own

FREE website statistics.

You will also have 5   FREE EMAIL ADDRESSES 

(i.e. sales@yourcompanyname.co.uk). You will then be sent usernames and passwords to access your server, we ask that these are kept in a safe place, Fogarty IT Services cannot be held responsible for these.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.    A 30% non-refundable deposit of your total balance is required when placing your booking and must be received before any work can commence (refunds are applicable if no work has been undertaken)

2.    Your balance must be settled when your website is considered complete to your original specifications. At this point you can give us your changes and amendments at no extra charge

3.    Any changes to your ORIGINAL SPECIFICATIONS are chargeable

4.    Any work that is commissioned by you, which has been performed, must be paid for

5.    Future amendments to your website are chargeable at the current going rate. (hourly charge or set charges apply)

6.    The copyright of your website remains the legal intellectual property of Fogarty IT Services until your balance is settled (excluding artwork provided by yourself)

7.    Fogarty IT Services are NOT responsible for any technical support for hosting packages that are not supplied by ourselves.

8.    All websites are designed to be compatible with standard server set-ups.  We create and test our services on a ranges of servers that all host PHP versions 3, 4 & 5.  MySQL database versions are 4 & 5.  It is the customers responsibility to ensure that any hosting not provided by Fogarty IT Services is capable of hosting the site.

9.    All services provided by Fogarty IT Services must be paid for. Non-payment of any service will result in cancellation of ALL services.
